Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Typical processing time is:

  • 1–3 business days for most items

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day

If an item is on backorder or requires extra processing time, we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping destination

  • Package weight and size

  • Selected shipping method

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by country & customs)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.


3. Shipping Carriers

We may use one or more of the following carriers depending on your location and order size:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • DHL

  • Other trusted regional carriers

Tracking information is provided once your order has shipped (when available).


4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and taxes are not included in the purchase price.

  • These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.

  • Orders may be delayed by customs procedures.

We recommend checking your local customs office for more information.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details (if available).
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Reshipping costs due to customer-provided address errors

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact your local post office or carrier

  3. Email us at eritarallc@gmail.com

We will work with the carrier but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages marked as delivered.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will assist with a replacement or claim.


8. Preorders & Backorders

If your order contains preorder or backordered items:

  • These items will ship as soon as they become available

  • Mixed orders may ship separately

We will notify you of any expected delays.


9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • Countries under U.S. shipping embargo

  • P.O. Boxes (for certain large items)

If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you for an alternative solution.
