Refunds & Returns

1. Overview

We want you to love your purchase from ERITARA LLC. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 15 days of receiving your order.

This policy explains the conditions for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


2. Return Window

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item(s) to request a return.

To start a return, contact us at eritarallc@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective


3. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  • Items must be returned in original packaging, including tags/accessories

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Perishable or hygienic items (e.g., cosmetics, personal care goods)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Custom or personalized items

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us before returning it.


4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason:

  • Customer Remorse (change of mind, wrong size, etc.):
    Customer pays return shipping.

  • Our Error (damaged, incorrect, defective items):
    ERITARA LLC covers the return shipping cost.

We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or card issuer

Partial Refunds may apply if:

  • Items show signs of use

  • Packaging or accessories are missing

  • Items are returned after the 15-day window (if accepted at our discretion)


7. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Wrong size or color (if available)

To request an exchange, email us at eritarallc@gmail.com.

If the desired replacement item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.


8. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After that, the order may have already begun processing or shipping and cannot be canceled.

If it has shipped, you must wait to receive it and then request a return within the 15-day window.


9. Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot provide refunds or replacements if:

  • The 15-day return window has passed

  • Items are used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

  • Items are returned without approval

  • The order is lost due to incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
